Outdoor Yoga is BACK!

A series of 5 weekly classes beginning Tuesday, October 14-November 11, 5:45 -6:45 pm, outdoors (address disclosed after registration)

A 60-minute class will be a traditional yoga class that will begin with a warm-up, soothing vinyasa sequence, and end with a mindful meditation & savasana. Start your weekend off with a dose of self-care!

Bring your own mat, and water bottle. All levels, abilities, and bodies are welcome!
