Just want to do yoga on Sundays? Buy the virtual pass for only Sunday. Yoga from wherever your travels take you this season or from the comfort of your home.

The 60-minute class will be a traditional yoga class beginning with a warm-up, incorporating soothing vinyasa sequences, and ending with a mindful meditation & savasana.

Welcome Spring with a Restorative Yoga Practice. Class will meet on Tuesdays, May 6-June 10, 7:30-8:45 p.m., and will be a space for intentional rest. Sign up for the whole series, or just one class. As the studio is cozy, classes are capped at 6 students.

Join a yoga practice in a beautiful backyard in North Bethesda,

12 week session

March 19 - June 11, 2025, (except 4/16 MCPS Spring Break Week)

7:15-8:15 PM
